Our IT support provision is aimed at keeping your IT systems operating as efficiently as possible. Our main goal here is to configure your equipment to minimise the number of times a problem occurs and also using the available technology to best effect to minimise the impact any given problem might have.

To reduce costs and provide a faster service, much of our support is provided by telephone and remote access. This allows us to provide assistance immediately and with less disruption than a physical presence would cause.

For those times when the telephone just won't do, there are a wide range of on-site support options available.

This option is most suitable for companies located in the South-East of England due to our East London location. However it is certainly feasible to make specific site visits over a much wider area where the task warrants. Previous client visits have taken us all over the UK and even internationally so let us know if you have a particular requirement and we will be only too glad to discuss possible solutions with you.
