Internet abuse reporting

Vortex does not condone dishonest practices or spam email in any way. If you have a concern about a website hosted by Vortex or an email from a domain administered by Vortex, please email us at abuse@vortex-solutions.co.uk. Please include as much detail about the issue as you can in your email and we will investigate as a matter of urgency.

Complaints process

Here at Vortex we like to think we get it right all the time, every time but we understand that things can go wrong sometimes. If this does occur please let us know as soon as possible and we will make every effort to rectify the situation. We can only improve on our services with valid feedback from you, our customers.

If you wish to make a complaint about a service you have received, please submit an email to us at info@vortex-solutions.co.uk including as much detail from the issue as you have. We will acknowledge your complaint within 1 business day and aim to resolve any issues within 5 business days.

If your issue is in connection with an Internet domain name and you are not happy with the initial outcome, you can escalate your issue to the relevant Internet registry.
